This is the shops demonstrator for the Imola 186 cylinder kit. The scooter has been built since 2001 and has covered over 15000 miles. It is used for scooter rallies, customer test rides, and commuting to work daily. Fastest time over one quarter of a mile is 17.29 seconds at 71mph.

Standard Mark one cylinder, tuned to version two cylinder spec.
Cylinder head 12:1;
Varitronic;
30mm PHBH power jet carb;
JL race exhaust. Currently this scooter shows 18bhp on the dyno.
Running different set ups, with different carbs and exhausts, the highest output achieved in terms of bhp has been 21.20bhp.
Best top speed timed over a flying start at 79mph.

This is a test scooter, mainly we have tested the 7 port experimental cylinder.
10:1 cylinder head,
JL race exhaust,
30mm phbh power jet carb.
18.20 bhp,
best time over one quarter of a mile is 18.44 seconds, 65.22 mph.

The last of our scooters is an Imola kitted scooter, with a top finger boost port welded into the cases, and then machined through to the cylinder.
Compression 11.5:1, JL road exhaust, 30mm PHBH carb, Varitronic. Power output is 18.90bhp.
16.68 @ 73.16mph over one quarter of a mile.
At the recent Santa pod scooter meeting we ran 16.89 at 74mph. At santa pod we beat almost all road going geared scooters, including the following scooters:
Malossi 210cc water cooled vespa,
Lambretta GP240cc cutdown,
GP 225cc TS1 kitted scooter.
